[v1250 tablet - viewsonic] My pen drags on when it’s not even touching the screen!
For example: if i’m writing and i go to dot the letter “i” it would come out showing the line going from the end of writing my letter to the top of where the “i” is dotted. It would work if I lift up my pen really high and then move it down to dot but it’s not normal!
What is wrong with my tablet? Is it the pen?

This is called “pen bleed” and was common on my first TabletPC, an HP TC1000.
The cause was using too much pressure when writing or drawing which then tended to push the pen nib too deep into the rest of the pen mechanism The cure was to pull out the nib and then reset it into the pen. Also, try to use less pressure when using the pen.
If this doesn’t help, try looking at these 2 forums for more details, perhaps someone else has reported the same issues.
