I realized that ViewSonic G Tablet was a touchscreen mobile, so I’m looking for some bigger than it, like Motorola Xoom, Apple iPad/2, etc.

If screen size is what you’re after – not sure what other ‘features’ you had in mind? – you’ll find that the iPad2 has a smaller screen (9.7″) where the gTablet has a 10.1″. Motorola Xoom will also be 10.1″ when it is released but I’m not sure when that will be. I think they’re waiting for the release of Android 3.0 (Honeycomb). Personally I’m hoping to get an upgrade to 3.0 for my gTablet when it comes out .

Yes, the Eee Slate is a whopping 12.1″ and is the biggest you’ll find but I’m not sure of the release date for that. If you want a really big screen though just hook your gTablet up to your TV!
